1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of germanseo.agency and any SEO services provided by German SEO Agency ("we", "us", "Agency"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide search engine optimization services for the German market, including technical SEO, content strategy, link building, analytics, and strategic consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to websites, analytics accounts, and necessary approvals. Delays in providing access or feedback may affect project timelines. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all content and materials provided to us.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom content created specifically for their project. Our methodologies, frameworks, tools, and pre-existing materials remain our intellectual property. White-label clients receive a license to use deliverables under their brand.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, strategies, and performance data shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

6. Performance & Guarantees

SEO results depend on numerous factors including algorithm changes, competition, and client implementation. We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic levels. We commit to applying industry best practices and transparent reporting of all activities and outcomes.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual agreements. Late payments may incur interest and suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified. Upon termination, clients receive all completed deliverables. Prepaid fees for uncompleted work may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
